I am Vickee Lynn Douglas, P.A., an Associate Broker / Realtor with Downing-Frye Realty, Inc., and I have been listing and selling real estate in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero since 1988. With more than 3 decades of experience —entirely in Southwest Florida—I bring deep local knowledge, seasoned judgment, and a steady, ethical approach to every transaction.
My connection to this area began in 1972, when I first visited Bonita Springs while vacationing from New Jersey. I fell in love with the community and returned home only to gather my belongings. Southwest Florida quickly became both my home and the foundation of a career I truly love. After living and working in Naples for more than a decade, I built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and long-term client relationships throughout Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero. Many of my clients have become lifelong friends, and I am deeply grateful for their trust.
Buying or selling real estate is one of the most critical financial and emotional decisions people make. I do not believe in high-pressure sales tactics. My approach centers on education, transparency, and providing clients with accurate, timely information so they can make informed decisions. Over the years, I have navigated multiple market cycles and understand that values, conditions, and strategies evolve. I continue my education to stay current and to serve clients across generations effectively.
Professional involvement has always been important to me. I served 14 years as a Director on the Bonita Springs Estero Board of REALTORS® and chaired committees, including Ethics and Professional Standards. I was also a founding membership leader in establishing the Women’s Council of REALTORS® in Bonita. My credentials include REALTOR® of the Year, Gulfshore Life Five Star Award recipient, Platinum Award winner, Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, Certified Negotiator, Distressed Property Expert, and membership in the National Real Estate Honor Society and the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. I am experienced in FIRPTA transactions, foreign buyers and sellers, and 1031 tax-deferred exchanges.

Depending on market conditions and the property itself, I employ targeted marketing strategies that may include professional photography, drone and sunset imagery, virtual tours, digital and social media exposure, and collaboration within one of Southwest Florida’s most established brokerages.
